Josan Gianna Hattje was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday. She already has 75 cases in the system. This is her 76th arrest. Hattje was booked for PC 1203.2(a) (2) and BP 25620, possession of an open container of alcohol in any public place.
Hattje hangs out by the Courthouse,on 5th and 6th street with her "significant other" who has also been arrested several times. Both are chronic nuisances, frequently arrested, danger to the public and need to be off the streets because they are a drain on EPD resources. They show no regrets or willingness to change their behavior or situation.
