Yesterday, instead of apreliminary hearing, Demetrius Coleman and Alma Ahumadamendoza resolved their fraud, consiracy and grand theft case.
Ahumadamendoza pleaded guilty to PC 487 (a) grand theft. Rest of charges were dismissed. Coleman pleaded guilty to UI 2101(a) unemployment insurance fraud. Rest of charges were dismissed. Coleman has already been convicted of murder and time on this second case will be served concurrently.
Sentencing is on 8/9.
