Sergio Reynoso-Lozano had Trial setting/O.R. bail scheduled for 7/8. It was continued by stipulation to 7/11. Deputy Public Defender David Celli was ill so the hearing was continued to 7/12.
Today, after arguments by Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm and Mr. Celli, Lozano's no bail status remains and defense motion to reconsider is denied.
Trial setting is scheduled for 9/6.
9/6: Time waiver withdrawn. Trial confirmation scheduled for 10/18; jury trial for 10/31.
10/18: Jury trial confirmed.7 -10 days time estimate including jury selection.
10/28: Judge Neel met with attorneys. 10/31 date vacated. Jury trial and scheduling conferences took place on 11/2 and 11/4.
