Julian C BrownSundberg was arrested on June 24 on a Ramey warrant for PC 273(a) (b) child endangerment and PC 422 criminal threats.
The District Attorney only charged him with criminal threats. The alleged victim is his father.
BrownSundberg was arraigned on 6/28/22. OR/bail was continued on 7/6 and 7/11.On 7/14 supervised release was granted by Judge Christopher Wilson.
On 7/17, he was released from custody. The preliminary hearing for 7/21 vacated and reset for 9/27. Court minutes have more details.
9/19: A motion to continue the preliminary hearing was filed by BrownSundberg's attorney, Kali Perkins and was granted. Defense is seeking mental health diversion. 9/27 date was vacated. Setting of preliminary was scheduled for 11/17.
11/17: No preliminary hearing date set. Instead, three dates are scheduled for review of mental health diversion; 2/16/23; 5/16/23 and 8/17/23.
