All that law enforcement and court time and this is the sentence for the Cousin Street suspect?

 


Matthew Esparza was sentenced in three cases today. In the Cousin's Street case, he had pleaded guilty to one count with an open plea in that case.




Yes, the minutes in the Cousin's Street case maybe confusing to some readers. I checked with the court clerk. She has to do a minute order to add the time Esparza was placed on probation. The 90 jail sentence he has to serve, minus the 17 daysof custody credits. The two year prison sentence was suspended.
