Terrorizing or obstructing exercise of religion and criminal threats jury trial will feature experts

Today,  the jury trial date of November 28 was confirmed for Sean Allman's 2019 case. Time estimate is two weeks. Both, the People and defense will present experts with dueling theories.

Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or obstructing exercise of religion. Count 2 is Criminal threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Ben Okin is Allman's attorney. There had been some talk about a co-counsel. I asked Mr. Okin and he said it is Ms. Andrea Sullivan.
