Brian Christopher Bickerstaff was arrested yesterday by PC 245(a) (1) assault with a deadly weapon.
The last time I wrote about Bickerstaff aka "Memphis" was in 2018. He has wasted so much EPD time and resources with repeated arrests. Despite the DA's objection in 2018, the Judge released "Memphis" pending sentencing. He is a danger to women and public safety.
