On September 21, I reported that Security National Properties had filed an application as the first step for a community housing project near Indianola cutoff.
Today, the Humboldt County Planning Department is recommending that the Board of Supervisors accept the SN Indianola LLC Local Coastal Plan Petition and Zone Reclassification Petition.
This item was on the consent calendar. It was pulled for discussion by Third District Supervisor Mike Wilson. After discussion and public comment, it was passed unanimously by all five Supervisors.
