One DUI arrest, one prior DUI conviction and Rachel Bowler choses to spend her time harassing me because the news is inconvenient to her

The July DUI arrest  for Rachel Bowler  was by the Eureka Police Department. Bowler has a prior DUI conviction from 2016.

Bowler has the Brett Watson and John Nicklas syndrome. Watson didn't take responsibility and minimizes his actions. John Nicklas minimized, made excuses and asked me not once but twice to take the valid post about his arrest and case down. Nicklas got a very nice resolution most and your average person does not.

The gall of some people to think they are entitled to special treatment instead of taking responsibility for their poor choices and judgement.

Bowler  has been relentless in repeatedly asking me to take down a factual post about her arrest. Blocking her, sending her emails to spam have had no effect. Even after this post, she continues her clueless and shameful behavior of multiple emails daily.  She didn't learn her lesson from the first DUI conviction and seems to think "taking responsibility" means telling me she will delete her Linkedin profiles, harassing and interrupting me from working. This is her priority instead of addressing what got her arrested for a DUI twice?

I don't selectively report on some people and conveniently ignore others like most Humboldt "media." This is a small town. The problem is not reporting the news; it is people like Nicklas and Bowler who think they can harass, dictate and control what is written when they screw up.

Rachel, instead of harassing me, reflect on your actions and the consequences DUIs have on unsuspecting members of the community.

Don't worry Rachel, this is Humboldt, you won't face any consequences. Just ask Marci Kitchen or Brett Watson or Rick Littlefield to name just a few.

8/11: DA has not received report from EPD.
