Gregory Carl Gerard was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 1203.2 (a) probation violation, PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest, PC 243 (e) (1) domestic battery, and PC 422 criminal threats.
Gerard's prior arrest includes one for DUI in 2013.
