Jorden Wayne McCoige was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 647 (f), PC 415 (1) disturbing the peace and PC 69 resisting an executive officer.
Disturbing the peace can be "playing excessively loud music, fighting in public, or using certain offensive language or fighting words."
Another miscreant I see around downtown, the Courthouse and Eureka.
