The 7/27 Case Management Conference date in the lawsuit filed by NorthCoast Environmental Center, Redwood Region Audobon Society and Citizens for SustainableHumboldt against County of Humboldt, Humboldt County Board of Supervisors and Rolling Meadow Ranch LLC was vacated and rescheduled for 8/12/22.
Next court date is on 9/29 for demurrer, CMC and motion hearing sanctions requested by Rolling Meadow Ranch LLC.
Rolling Meadows Ranch is requesting $16,080.00 for reasonable attorney fees and costs for one motion, and an order striking certain causes of second amended complaint. The notice cites lack of evidentiary support, frivolous legal contentions, improper purpose, harassment, delay and to increase cost of litigation.
