Spotted Elk Carlos Eugene Zumwalt was sentenced this morning.
Zumwalt had resolved his case for a stipulated sentence of 10 years, 4 months. Zumwalt pleaded guilty to forcible sexual penetration, porn charges. The victims are three minor Jane Does.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada is Zumwalt's attorney.
