I had a hunch about Stephen Parr who was planning to run against Kim Bergel for Mayor.
On a hunch, I checked on his middle name which is Randall. This was for court records.
Parr failed to meet the required amount of signatures. I just verified this with the elections office. Kim Bergel is going to be Eureka's Mayor. Eureka Assistant City Manager/City Clerk Pam Powell also confirmed Parr did not qualify.
These are all the cases that come up for Stephen Randall Parr in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
The local courts do not always list the middle name for cases. I went through the cases for Stephen Randall Parr and he has a conviction in CR072899S, CR091519S, CR075727S and CR065662S.
