I reported about Bao Her's arrest on August 26. DA has charged Her with three felonies and one misdemeanor. She was arraigned on her 2021 case and 2022 case yesterday. Charges for the 2021 are included in previous post.
OR/bail on 9/1 and pre trial on 9/13 for 2021 case. OR/bail on 9/1 and preliminary hearing on 9/13. Bail set by Judge Christopher Wilson at $155,000 in 2022 case without prejudice. Protective order served on Her. Public Defender's office appointed.
9/1: OR and supervised release denied in both cases.
9/13: Pre-trial in 2021 case and preliminary in 2022 case continued to 10/11 by defense.
10/11: Preliminary hearing in 2022 continued again to 10/24. Defense requested continuance to discuss possible resolution with assigned deputy DA.
10/24: Preliminary continued by court to 10/31 because "defendant medically unavailable to attend court."
