Alleged molestor August William J Real III was arraigned on 8/24 on four felony counts. Bail at arraignment was set at $945,000. Public Defender's office was appointed.
OR/bail is scheduled for 8/26. Preliminary hearing is on 9/6.
8/26: Status changed to no bail. OR/supervised release denied by Judge Wilson. Protective order served.
9/6: Preliminary hearing continued to August 7 by defense.
