Preliminary hearing for convicted felon Javier Ruiz-Keyes has been going on since Monday. Exhibits with website skipthegames.eu" and username "sexyass CALI" and "Fuck Me Good Daddy" are evidence in the preliminary hearing.
Keyes was arrested by Humboldt County Drug Task Force on a Ramey warrant on August 4 for PC 266 (i) pandering, PC 266 (h) pimping and PC 236.1(c)(2) human trafficking.
For the August 2022 arrest, the DA has charged Keyes with three felony counts. Count 1 PC 236.1 (b) "human trafficking to commit another crime ; Count 2 PC 266 (h) (a) pimping and PC 266 (a) (i) pandering. The complaint lists Jane Doe 3 as the alleged victim for all three counts.
The DA's complaint has more accurate codes than the ones listed above in the Ramey warrant which was filed by HCDTF.
Keyes was arraigned on 8/8. Still on no bail status. Public Defender's office was appointed by Judge Christopher Wilson. On 8/10 at his OR/bail hearing, no bail hold remained. Release was denied by Judge Wilson. Keyes preliminary hearing started on 8/22, continued on 8/23 and is still going on today.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor. Public Defender Luke Brownfield is Keyes' attorney.

Keyes was also arrested in May 2022 by HCDTF. That case is trailing this pimping case.
