David Roger Quilantan was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday on an arrest warrant filed 8/12 in one of his 2022 cases for PC591.5 interference with wireless communication device, PC 422 criminal threats and PC 211 second degree robbery. He has two family law cases with the alleged victim in this case.
He has 9 cases in the system with one case listed three times in e court.
