The DA has filed a complaint against 4th of July suspect Dylan Cody Olivas and Joseph Boxell. Arraignment is on August 25.
Boxell is charged in Count 1 with PC 245 (a) (1) assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury. Special allegation that Boxell personally inflicted great bodily injury to Job Desean Johnson.
Olivas is charged in Count 2 with PC 245 (a) (4) assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury to Job Desean Johnson.
