On 8/18, murder suspect Jason Miller had trial confirmation scheduled. Ms. Andrea Sullivan's motion to continue was granted. Jury trial for 8/29 was vacated. Ms. Sullivan intends to file a 995 motion.
Trial confirmation was rescheduled for 1/5/23; jury trial for 2/21.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was present for the People.
