Bao Her was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 243.1 domestic battery, PC 273 a(a) child endangerment, PC 417(a)(1) brandishing a weapon or firearm, PC 22210 possession of a baton, PC 207(a) kidnapping and PC 422 criminal threats.
Her already has a 2021 assault and battery case with three failures to appear and a 9/6/22 arraignment date. She has 13 other cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system. Her is also known as Bao Marrocco, Bao HerMarrocco and Kiki Her.
Based on my observations covering Humboldt courts for 8 years, if this was a man with the same charges, at least a complaint would be filed. I can easily remember at least three cases where a woman was an arrest for domestic violence or child endangerment charges and nothing was ever filed.
