On August 8, at trial confirmation for convicted criminal and frequently arrested Dallas Achane's 2022 case, the People made a motion to dismiss. The jury trial date for 9/6 was vacated.
On July 15, a mistrial was declared in Achane's 2022 case. Achane has sentenced in three probation cases.
