On July 15, a mistrial was declared in convicted criminal and frequently arrested Dallas Achane's 2022 case. A pre trial was held in that case on 7/28. Achane was sentenced in three probation cases last week.
In the 2022 case, trial confirmation was moved up to 8/8 and the 8/16 date was vacated. Jury trial is scheduled for 9/6/22.
