Today, there is a special set with Visiting Judge Barry Goode in the NorthCoast Environmental Center vs County of Humboldt lawsuit. Two other cases have been joined with the primary case.
The time estimate for hearing which involves California Environmental Quality Act CEQA is seven hours. .Judge Goode was going to issue a ruling today but later changed it to 8/22.
