Convicted felon gets offer of 9 years in prison, waives preliminary hearing

 


Convicted felon Cody Christiansen waived his preliminary hearing yesterday.  People made an offer of 9 years in prison if Christiansen pleads guilty to Ct 1 , Ct 4 and special allegation PC 12022.5 (a).

Ms. Andrea Sullivan was recently appointed to Christiansen's case. She is the third  lawyer appointed for Christiansen since his arrest in July on a Ramey warrant.


Arraignment on information is scheduled for 9/12.
