Jonathan Jorgensen was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 647 (h), loitering to commit a crime.
Since there is no middle name listed, cannot confirm if any of the 12 cases in Humboldt Superior Court are the Jonathan Jorgensen listed above.
