Is Matt Tomlin being investigated for sexual harassment allegations?

I recently received a tip that word on the street is that Matt Tomlin is being investigated for allegations of sexual harrasment. If it is true, the public should know given Tomlin's position and connections in the community. If it is gossip and rumor, the best way to quell it to look into it and get official information and stop the misinformation from spreading. 

Humboldt County Drug Task Force's and HCSO Sgt  Tomlin who is also a coach at St. Bernard's has the favor of First District Supervisor Rex Bohn and Humboldt Sherrif Billy Honsal.

I sent an email to Humboldt County Interim Human Resources Director Zachary O'Hanen and HCSO PIO Samantha Karges. Personnel matters can be confidential so I don't know if I will get verification, a response or if any information can be released.

I asked for a response today even if it it is no comment or it is a personnel matter. If Tomlin is not being investigated, that should have been a quick response and denial. 

9/2: The County sent an email to me that a PRA request had been opened regarding my inquiry.

9/9: I received this response today. "Dear Mr. Chiv,

The County is in receipt of your Public Records Act request for records regarding "Humboldt County Drug Task Force's Matt Tomlin being investigated for allegations of sexual harassment. "

"The County is not in possession of any records responsive to your request. The County is not in possession of records related to Mr. Tomlin that are disclosable pursuant to S.B. 1421. "

SB 1421 only allows certain records to be disclosed. I expected the response to be worded exactly as it is but I do appreciate the County giving me some response.
