Heather Toland was arraigned this afternoon on two 2022 cases. She was arrested twice in 2022.
On June 24, Toland by HCSO. for PC 594 (b) (1), vandalism . The DA has charged her with PC 594 (b) (1). The alleged victim is Darren Toland. He is her ex and filed for divorce. According to court records that was final on 9/13/21. Pre-trial conference on 9/22 in this case.
On February 3, she was arrested by HCSO for PC 273.5(a), corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant. She posted bail. The DA has charged her with PC 273. 5(a). Preliminary hearing on 9/22 in this case. Toland was served with a protective order in this case; peaceful contact allowed. The alleged victim Doe "was someone with whom the defendant had a dating relationship."
After the June 24 arrest, Toland was released on O.R. She posted bail for the February 3 arrest.
A 977 waiver of personal appearance was filed by her attorney, Ms. Heidi Holmquist-Wells today in both cases.
