August William J Real III was arrested by Fortuna Police Department yesterday. He was booked with a no bail status.
PC 289(a)(1)(a) forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object, PC 288.5(a) continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 years of age, PC 287(c)(1) oral copulation with a minor, PC 261.5(d) unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, and PC 288 (a) lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 14.
According to Fortuna crime graphics, the arrest was made at 5000 block of Table Bluff Road. Kudos to FPD for current updated information and booking photos.
Real has a 2010 conviction. A guilty plea to posession of marijuana while driving.
