Remember convicted felon Benjamin Carter from his 2014 case? Carter was represented by local attorney, Michael Acosta who recently ran for D. A.and has his own criminal case pending in Humboldt Superior Court.
Carter was arrested by CHP yesterday. He posted bond. Carter was booked for HS11364(a), possession of Controlled Substance, PC25850(c)(1), PC25400(c)(1), PC496d(a), VC10851(a), HS11370.1(a), PC30305(a), PC29800 (a).
