Stephanie Annette Sanchez has a preliminary hearing scheduled today. It was continued by stipulation to 9/29 .
She was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for HS 11364(a) possession of drug paraphernalia, HS 11377(a) possession of controlled substance, PC 496 d(a) buying or receiving a stolen vehicle, VC 10851(a) driving or taking a vehicle without consent, PC 215(a) carjacking, HS 11364 (a) possession of drug paraphernalia, PC 647 (h) loitering to commit a crime and PC 647 (f) public intoxication.
Sanchez was arrested on August 8. Judge Christopher Wilson granted her supervised release on August 12.
