Andrew William O'Donnell was arrested by Eureka Police Department on a bench warrant yesterday for a 2022 case and booked on two counts of PC 314 (1) indecent exposure a warrant in that case. The PC 647 (f) public intoxication is a new arrest.
In addition to the 2022 criminal case, O'Donnell has 12 traffic cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system. He has three failures to appear in the 2022 criminal case and has yet to be arraigned. Th complaint only lists one count of PC 314 (1) and the arrest was made by Arcata Police Department.
