A mistrial was declared in Aaron Arlotta's 2022 case last week. Arlotta is charged with resisting an executive officer and the special allegation of a serious felony conviction.
Today, trial setting was scheduled. The case is expected to resolve at the next court date. A change of plea is scheduled for 8/25.
