Mariah Chantel Masters was arrested yesterday by Arcata Police Department on a bench warrant for her 2022 case. Masters failed to appear for her preliminary hearing on 8/29. This is after Judge Timothy Canning granted supervised release to Masters who has 9 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
Charges for the 2022 case are PC 211 robbery, with two special allegations PC 1203(e)(4) prior felony conviction and PC 667(a) (1) prior conviction of a serious felony.
