Arcata Councilmember Brett Watson had a hearing this morning to end his informal 12 month diversion for his 2021 DUI case.
Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris appeared in court today for the People and made a motion to dismiss Count 3. Mr. Harris told Judge Kelly Neel that Watson had completed what was required.
There was no objection by Watson's attorney, Mr. Patrik Griego.
