Hillary Colleen Deskins was arrested by Arcata Police Department for PC 487(a), grand theft. She has convictions in one 2020 traffic case and one 2022 traffic case; both guilty in absentia.
I know Hillary from years ago when she worked in Old Town. I have met her husband and children. She divorced him last year. I haven't seen her in years.
I left a message for the APD on duty Sgt. Brian Hoffman to get more information.
