Darrel Dwayne Tatro was arrested by DA investigator Ryan Hill for PC 288.2 (a) (2) sending harmful or obscene material to a minor with the intent to seduce the minor, PC 288.4 (a) (1) arrange a meeting with a minor under 18 for lewd purposes or to engage in sexual activity, PC 664/288 (a) attempted lewd acts with a minor and PC 288.3 (a) contacting a minor with intent to commit certain sex crimes.
Tatro has 11 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
