Logan Glen Luster was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 273.5(a), corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
On August 2022, a restraining order against Luster was dismissed without prejudice but that case is still open in the Humboldt Superior Court system. He has a 2022 traffic conviction for speeding.
Luster was arraigned on the domestic violence case. Conflict Counsel's office was appointed. That case was dismissed on 12/5/22 on motion by the people.
