Michael Anthony Kelly was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 311.11(a), possession of child pornography. Kelly posted bond.
There are three cases for Michael Anthony Kelly in the Humboldt Superior Court system. A 2007 traffic/infraction case from an EP$ arrest which was dismissed. A 2008 case with a guilty plea for transportation/sale of marijuana and conviction in 2008 with the original law enforcement agency being Mendocino County. In 2010, there was a dismissal after a petition was filed to set aside the conviction in the 2008 case. Guilty plea in 2007 for a 2005 traffic case.
