Andrew William O'Donnell was arrested by Eureka Police Department on a bench warrant on August 2019 for a 2022 case and booked on two counts of PC 314 (1) indecent exposure a warrant in that case. The PC 647 (f) public intoxication was a new arrest. He was released on O.R.
In addition to the 2022 criminal case, O'Donnell has 12 traffic cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system. O'Donnell had three failures to appear in the 2022 criminal case and has yet to be arraigned on the complaint. O'Donell failed to show up in court on 5/16, 5/18 and 7/21 and bench warrant issued each time
Today, O'Donell failed to appear in court again. A bench warrant was issued for $10,000 issued today with no cite and release by Judge Kelly Neel.
The complaint charges O'Donnell with one count of PC 314 (1) and the arrest was made by Arcata Police Department.
