BOS should cut their losses with Rohrs, terminate the lease and find a new owner

The BOS should cut their losses with Christopher Rohrs, terminate his lease and find a new owner. Tables and chairs cleared out of the Smokestack Cafe have been sitting outside on the third floor of the Courthouse for over a week.

BOS won't do what is fiscally prudent. They will be lazy, listen to clueless staff and prolong yet another bad decision.

$445 is cheap rent for a place with guaranteed, steady customers. You just need an owner willing to work hard, bs less, cook more and offer food at reasonable prices. Did Rohrs ever return the PPP loan considering how long the cafe has been closed and he has not employed anyone during the pandemic when his rent was waived.
