Alexandre Frederick Morrell arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 236 false imprisonment, VC 23152(a) DUI, PC 422 criminal threats and PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to spouse and cohabitant.
He has three prior criminal cases in Humboldt Superior Court. The 2021 assault case was dismissed at trial assignment. Conviction with a plea in both DUI cases from 2020 and 2019
