Stephanie Sanchez resolved her case on 9/12 with a conditional guilty plea to one count of PC 245 (a) (4) assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury. The rest of the charges were dismissed by the People.
The preliminary hearing for tomorrow was vacated. Sentencing is on 10/10.
10/10: Sentenced to drug court. After custody credits are applied, Sanchez only has a few days left in jail with conduct credits.
10/14: Drug court review hearing scheduled request of drug courts request.
