You saw the video, one co-defendant got put on probation and the preliminary may not even happen

The second 4th of July suspect, Joseph Boxell, has his preliminary hearing scheduled today. It is the 60th day because he did not waive time.

Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner is Boxell's attorney. He told Judge John Feeney that the preliminary hearingcould take up to two hours because there is "media" to go over.

The blonde was in court. I think Olivas was in court; couldn't tell with the mask on. Olivas resolved his case with one year on probation.

Deputy Wayne Phillips is the prosecutor. The alleged victim is Job Johnson.

Boxell was held to answer. Arraignment on information is scheduled for October 10.
