Today, instead of trial confirmation, Michael Gammariello resolved his case with informal diversion for 6 months. Gammariello cannot be on Humboldt Redwood property.
Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris was in court for the People. Mr. Eric Kirk, Gammariello's attorney, appeared via Zoom.
Next court hearing is 3/5/23.
