Bench warrant issued after Eric Kirk and his client are both a no show for court date

 

In 2019,  Michael John Gammariello was one of the protestors arrested by HCSO at the Humboldt Redwood Company.

On 1/10/21 Eric Kirk who represents Michael John Gammariello requested a continuance for the jury trial. On 7/7, the next court hearing, Mr.Kirk was not present. His client was not present. A bench warrant issued for 10,000.

The complaint was filed on 2/18/20. Jury trial scheduled for 5/17/21 and 1/18/22 was vacated. Another jury trial is scheduled for 8/15/22.

7/21: Jury trialdate for 8/15 vacated. Trial confirmation rescheduled for 9/15; jury trial for 9/26.
