Convicted sex offender Robert Munts had a preliminary hearing for both of his August 2022 cases and most recent arrests.
In the case for his August 26 arrest, Munts was held to answer except for Count 4. His bail remains at $55,000. Arraignment on information is on 9/28.
In the case for his August 15 arrest, Munts was held to answer. Bail was reduced in this case from $25,000 to $10,000. A pre trial on 9/28 is scheduled in this case.
