Corbett Craig Petersen was arrested by CHP for his third DUI. Two DUIS in 2022 and one in 2021.
He was booked yesterday for VC14601.2(a), VC 23152 (a) DUI and VC 23152 (b) blood alcohol level 0.08 percent or more.
Why was he released on O.R.? He has a commit to jail date for his recent plea on 10/22.
Would another defendant with a commit to jail date and a third DUI, previous bench warrants and failure to appear in court be released on O.R.? This drunk is a danger to the public.
Judge Kelly Neel remanded him. Judge John Feeney released Petersen when he took the plea.
That does not include his fourth arrest for being drunk in public. Petersen just entered a plea on 9/22.
