Convicted felon Michael McEnry was arrested on July 26 and booked for HS 11358(c) illegal cultivation of marijuana, HS 11359 (b) possession of marijuana for sale, PC29800(a) (1) felon in possession of a firearm and PC30305(a) felon in possession of ammunition.
Convicted rapist Kailan Meserve is currently in the Humboldt jail using up a bed for his writ of habeas corpus case. Meserve was transfered here from prison for the local court case. His wife Monica, daddy Dave Meserve and sister can't pay what he and Monica owe the County?
Locals need no introduction to Floyd and Betty Squires. They cannot pony up $1,564.34?
