Edward Reich booked for DUI, resisting arrest, battery on officer and vandalism

 

Edward Grove Reich was arrested by CHP yesterday at 2:27 a.m. for PC 594 (b) (1) vandalism PC 243 (b) battery on a peace or police officer, PC 148 (a) 1 resisting arrest and VC23152 (a) DUI.
